The location was acceptable close to the beach and some cafes.
I found the room smaller than I had expected and it did not look like the pictures I saw online. The street across from the hotel was busy. There was also a lot of noise at night making it difficult to sleep well.

the staff were really nice and polite. manager didi is a very nice gentleman. he can address any needs you have. breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasteful.
the walls were thin, i could hear everything. every night i could hear loud music. sadly this place is not 4 stars at all.

disruptive noise little action
I found the noise from ongoing maintenance very disruptive. The work on the rooftop started at 3 AM and continued throughout the night.. it was loud. When I mentioned it to the staff the next morning, they acknowledged another complaint with a quick apology, but no further action was taken.

diverse buffet clean area helpful staff
The breakfast buffet featured many options and clean dining area. I appreciated the gym. It had treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool was nice and staff were very helpful.
The street in front of the building was somewhat busy.

consistent friendliness delicious food calm pool
the staff showed consistent friendliness. i found the food in the restaurant delicious, and i really enjoyed the local choices. the swimming pool provides calm and relaxation.
the balcony doors not closing properly bothered me. mosquitos sometimes entered as a result.
